Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon full payment. We operate as a cashless venue; please pre-book online.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for party or private hire bookings, with the balance due before the session. Full payment confirms the booking.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. You may reschedule your session at least three hours in advance via the “My Account” section of our website, subject to availability. Group/Party bookings can be modified upto 48-hour notice for changes. Private hire date can be modified up to 14 days in Advance by emailing hello@crate17.co.uk.
• If an individual cannot or is asked to stop participating due to not following the term, no refunds will be given.

Guests and Age Restrictions:

• Up to two complimentary adults can be added per play session booking. Additional adults cost £7.50 each. For group bookings, one adult per paying child can be added. All attendees, including complimentary ones, must be added to the booking. unfortunately, We cannot add additional adults or children at the venue. 
• Play Central is for children aged 0-7. Adults must show proof of age (18+) if required.

Liability and Supervision:

• We are not responsible for any injuries or damages. 
• Adults must supervise their children, following our adult-child supervision ratio guidelines. 

Ensure a minimum of one adult (aged 18 or older) for every three children under 2 years old, one adult for every four children aged 2 to 3 years old, and one adult for every six children aged 4 to 7 years old. 

If the booking lacks the necessary adult-to-child ratio, only the number of children that adults can supervise will be allowed. Refunds will not be provided for children booked without the required adults.

• If a parent or guardian needs to leave the premises, the child must remain under their supervision 
• Adults must ensure their children follow the rules of play and adhere to instructions on signage

Safety and Hygiene:

• Socks are mandatory for everyone in the play area.
• Children are advised to wear long sleeves and trousers, and to take off shoes, glasses, and jewelry before entering the playframe.
• Hand sanitizing is available upon entry.

Behavior and Health:

• Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone showing signs of illness. Children who are unwell should not visit for at least 48 hours.

Arrival and Playtime:

• Sessions start promptly; late arrivals will lose playtime without a refund.
• Play areas must be vacated promptly to accommodate other bookings.

Food and Venue Use:

• You may bring food and drinks from Food Hall @ 17&Central, but keep them outside the play structure. Use only paper or plastic cups.
• Buggies, scooters, and bikes are not allowed in Play Central; use the designated ‘Buggy Park.’

Party Decorations and Photography:

• Candles are only allowed in private rooms or reserved Food Hall @ 17&Central tables. Decorations are limited to balloons with weights in Play Central. Speak with manager for decorations allowed in the party rooms
• Photograph only your children and be considerate of others.

Prohibited Items and Activities:

• No smoking, vaping, or use of glassware inside the premises.
• Confetti, party poppers, piñatas, streamers, and indoor fireworks are prohibited.

Emergency and Safety:

• In emergencies, follow staff instructions for evacuation. Ensure children descend from playframes safely.
• Coloured wristbands must be worn by supervising adults to monitor children’s activities.

Terms Modification:

• Please read full terms and conditions and house rules on our website before booking. We may modify terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting on our website.
