Before your visit, please take a moment to double-check your reservation details. We want to make sure everyone, including complimentary adults, is all set for some fun! Have you confirmed that your booking meets our adult-child supervision guidelines? Remember, we can’t accommodate extra guests, so it’s important to get this right.

If your booking doesn’t follow the adult-to-child ratio, we can only welcome as many children as the adults present can supervise. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for any children booked without the necessary adult supervision.

Need to tweak your booking? No problem! You can easily view or adjust it in your Account Area. Just log in with your last name and booking reference.

You can modify your play session up to 3 hours before it starts. For group or party bookings, changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Private hire bookings require a bit more notice—please email us at Hello@crate17.co.uk at least 14 days ahead.

Keep in mind, all changes or additions depend on availability, and we don’t issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Oh, and don’t forget—everyone in the play area needs to wear socks!
